Valerie Galey founded Stellar Financial Services back in 1994. However, our track record of achievement dates back to 1989 when our founder began applying her business experience to the tax and accounting profession. Today we serve over 375 individuals and 25 businesses.

Our firm was established to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Our focus is on Tax Protection and Wealth Acceleration for our clients. Our primary services include accounting, taxation, and business consulting. We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. Our partners and staff accountants serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. We are experts in the accounting issues and tax laws that impact our clients.

A Little About Valerie

Valerie Galey is the President and CEO of Stellar Financial Services, the premiere Tax Protection and Wealth Acceleration firm in the Silicon Valley of California. Valerie founded the firm in 1994 and it has grown tremendously ever since. It now serves more than 375 individuals and 25 small businesses. She is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent and represents taxpayers before IRS and other government tax agencies. She has been in the accounting field since 1989. Prior to that time Valerie operated several retail facilities, both as an owner and a manager.

As a manager, Valerie realized that knowledge of human nature is essential. This led her to become a student of psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming in 1990. Valerie became certified as a Trainer of NLP in 2000. She uses her skills in communication everyday in her interactions with her clients, employees and associates.

Valerie and her husband, Mike Aber, have a good life in San Jose, California. They share their home with two standard poodles named Butch and Jasmine, and a cat named Cookie. She enjoys cooking and eating gourmet foods, fine wines, traveling and reading.
